So I received my newest Vox Box last week from Influenster, which is the #BigShotMascara by Maybelline. When I first saw the box packaging, I thought it was too adorable with the “Lash Like A Boss” saying. Once I opened it, it was wrapped in black gift paper and to my surprise, I received something additional along with the big shot mascara……
I received an additional master precise curly mascara which I’m happy about. I have not tried it out yet, but once I do, I will save that for a future post. As far as the #BigShotMascara, I’m in love with the look of the gold tube! It looks so chic.
So here are the results from when I used the #BigShotMascara! I just can’t get over how long my lashes are. Naturally my eyelashes are very short and I must say that this mascara gave me so much volume. I just basically used about 1-2 coats to achieve the look when normally it takes double that when I apply it to my eyelashes.
It goes on smooth and it doesn’t flake at all. Hooray! I’m so happy that this mascara stays on all day. Also as I was checking out the brush, it appears to be designed so that it doesn’t clump together your lashes. Honestly I think it’s better than a lot of the drugstore mascara’s on the market. The only downside is you have to allow it to dry because if not, it will transfer, which is dries pretty fast. Overall I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is seeking more length and volume with their eyelashes.
