Believe it or not, choosing eyeshadow shades use to be such a challenge for me. I would walk into either Sephora or Nordstrom feeling completely overwhelmed because of the many different shades out there. My main concern was to just simply choose eyeshadows that would bring out my brown eyes. The first thing you need to consider when selecting an eyeshadow palette is finding the right shades will enhance your eye color. I had the pleasure to conduct a little research of my own and tested out some various shades on every eye color. Here are the results as well as some recommended palettes to try out to narrow down your options.
For my brown eye queens: Go for shades of green, copper, ambers and golds. I found that these colors on us look absolutely amazing! These shades tend to create subtle drama that will deepen the color of brown eyes.

Blue and gray eye beauties: Wear shades that have hints of brown (examples: peach, purple, etc.), apricot or copper to bring out the blue and gray eyes beautifully.

Hazel and green eye babes: The best shades for you are mauve, gold, dark purple, lilac, bronze, and khaki shades. These shades will look fabulous for your eyes.
