So I have to admit, I haven’t attended a networking event in quite while. In fact, it’s coming up on almost a year since I was at #PoshNation. Last Monday, Smak Palour, an adorable little pink shop located in Old City Philadelphia held a PR Girl networking event. It was put together by PR Girl Manifesto, an agency dedicated to encourage and empower female PR professionals with tools needed to succeed in communications.

The PR networking event had nothing but great vibes, as I met some wonderful ladies in the PR field. Since I don’t necessarily work in the PR field, I actually learned a little about what it’s like in the day of a PR girl. While sipping champagne and having a cupcake or two, I couldn’t help but to admire how cute Smak Palour is. You can definitely find something fun to wear for a night out or a date with your boo. They have so many cute dresses and tops that aren’t like what you’ll see anywhere else.

I use to pass this store sometimes on my way somewhere in the area, but never really stopped in until now. I can definitely see myself going there from time to time treating myself. Smak Palour also does online ordering so if your not near Philly, you can check out their website here. As far as PR Girl Manifesto, their website isn’t quite ready as of yet, but when it does check it out here. I know when it launches, it’s going to be lit! In the meantime, check out their Instagram
