So about a month ago, I received my #FlawlessVoxBox from Influenster in the mail. I was soooooooooo hyped up when I got this box as it had all kinds of good beauty stuff. The kind of beauty stuff I could really see myself using on the norm to keep me flawless. Of course I wanted to share everything I got at first, but I decided to wait and allow time to try out each product from the box so I could let everyone know what I thought about each product. In addition to this post, I will be also doing my top 5 favorites from the #FlawlessVoxBox that I absolutely loved. So get comfy, sit back, relax and read on to find out what’s inside….lets do this!
When I applied these facial wipes to remove the dirt and oil from my face, it removed all of it with no problem. At first, I was a little nervous of using these wipes on my face because I have sensitive skin. Once I used these wipes, it made my skin feel refreshed and clean. They are great to keep in your bag for everyday traveling, such as to work or to the gym. Also its good to keep in mind that these are just cleansing wipes not makeup wipes as it may not work the best on removing some makeup.
When I was a little girl, my older cousin teased me for fun saying that my eyelashes were like Barbie doll lashes because my eyelashes are naturally short (chuckling). Once I applied this mascara, it really gave my eyelashes more volume and definition. Although, I did find the wand’s design to be a bit awkward. With the proper technique, I do believe this mascara has great potential indeed.
Two Samples of Yogi Tea:
Teas are so great for your well-being. I actually prefer to drink tea over coffee any day. First I tried the Soothing Rose Hibiscus Skin Detox tea and it taste absolutely amazing! It’s one of the best tasting teas that I have ever tried and you don’t even need to add sweetener because it already has a sweet taste. The Honey Lavender Stress Relief is great for stress. I was experiencing migraine headaches around the time of my midterms so I decided to brew some in order to help relax myself and within several sips, my migraine was completely gone and I felt more relaxed and more confident. I really love the lavender smell too.
When I first saw the packaging, I automatically said to myself “I’m not going to like these!” I don’t really care for peas all that much and never really liked them growing up. When I had the chance to taste them, it taste plain at first but then I became an acquired taste. Not so bad, but not really too crazy about the lightly salted flavor. I have seen other flavors at Target and decided to try the caesar kind, which I enjoyed better. It reminds me of taste right after eating a caesar salad.
So included was Kylie Jenner’s collaboration with Sinful Colors nail polish. The color looked great at first when I applied it, but once it dried the color didn’t look the same. It looked as if it was a bright red shade which was so weird. It also looked dry to me so I had to use a top coat to add some shine to it. Not really a big fan of this particular shade, but I know this collection has about 63 shades. Maybe I will consider trying the other shades in the near future.
I absolutely love this makeup remover! I used this before going to bed and it removed all of my makeup with no problem. I feel like it deep cleans as it breaks down the makeup better and get more off. It was gentle on my sensitive skin and it didn’t leave my face felling irritated or dry. This is pretty good stuff.
When I tell you that this product is absolutely amazing, believe me when I tell you that it really is! I have used it for my tired and sore muscles soaking on long days at the end of the night as it relaxes me. I also use it when I get a pedicure soak. The invigorating calming eucalyptus and spearmint blend gives off a great aroma. In this stressful fast pace society we live in, I highly recommend trying this to relieve the stress.
I received these products complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes, but all the opinions addressed in this post are my own.
